Refund policy

7-Day Return Window

You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days after receiving your item. The return window starts on the date of delivery, after shipping is complete.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with any seals and tags intact. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at oriasaraf8@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we will provide authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send a return before receiving these instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We will provide the return destination before you send the item.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. Include your order number and, where possible, photos of the issue. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. The 7-day change-of-mind return window and unopened-item condition do not limit your rights concerning these issues under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Any shorter refund deadlines required by applicable law will apply.

Shipping Delays and Cancellations

If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised at purchase, we will notify you and offer the option to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

This policy does not restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws. For earlier orders, the return policy in effect when the order was placed continues to apply.
